Massachusetts Hands & Voices events are a welcoming place for families of children who are d/Deaf or hard of hearing to connect, learn, and feel supported. From casual meetups and family-friendly gatherings to virtual caregiver circles and community conversations, our events create space for real relationships, shared experiences, and trusted resources.
