About the event
Join us for our very first Caregiver Circle.
Being a caregiver to a child who is d/Deaf or hard of hearing is a journey filled with both challenges and incredible strength. From receiving a diagnosis to juggling Early Intervention, therapy sessions, school transitions, work, siblings, and family life—it can feel like you’re doing it all. But you don’t have to do it alone. This group is a space to connect with others walking a similar path and to discover how connection fuels resilience.
Our first session will feature:
Danielle Lavon, parent of a soon-to-be three-year-old with bilateral cochlear implants (cCMV). Danielle will share how her family balances ASL, auditory development, school transition, and everyday life.
Tiffany Snow, MA, TOD, Early Intervention Developmental Specialist and Teacher of the Deaf. Tiffany will offer personal reflections, practical strategies, and professional insight into the resilience of DHH families.
We can’t wait to connect with…
